Blue

Your Aura is Blue

Your Personality: Your natural warmth and intuition nurtures those around you. You are accepting and always follow your heart.

You in Love: Relationships are your top priority, and this includes love. You are most happy when you are serious with someone.

Your Career: You need to help others in your job to feel satistifed. You would be a great nurse, psychologist, or counselor.

Darn! I knew I'd make a good psychologist!

Make My Wish Come True (All I Want for Christmas is You...)

Hey guys, remember my Christmas article: All I Need for Christmas is You? Well, I enumerated my Christmas wishlist in that article. I just wanted to let everyone know, I got almost all the items on that list this February (all excpet for item number 1)! Thanks to my loving and thoughtful relatives. Hehehe.

1. Jansport Black (Medium. Been looking for this for several years already) – SEARCH IN PROGRESS. STILL NOT FOUND.

2. Silver Triquetra Pendant (Charmed...I am human and I need to be loved) – Thanks to my sister Foyan, she had a friend get one from Ireland. Although it took me 3 hours of AWOL in office to finally get hold of the necklace, it was still worth it. Wooopeee!

3. White Clock-Radio-CD Player (Para sa room ko) – Thanks to my thoughtful Tito Mike and Tita Baby. They bought me a radio clock that can also be directly plugged into my iPod.

4. Red Flashdrive (512 MB is enough... right?) – Thanks again to my Tito Mike and Tita Baby. I didn’t know they read my blog and have memorized not only my Christmas wishlist but also my “I Wanna” list. They did not give me a Red flashdrive but they did give me a pink one, 1GB in size and with my name engraved on it. Oh! And my sister Foyan also gave me a gray flashdrive (1 GB as well) as Christmas gift. Yey!

5. Nina CD (I think my aunt will give me this one as a late bday gift) – Tue enough, my other aunt gave this to me as one of her Christmas gifts (ahem, and not a pirated CD too!)

6. Red Tankini (Christmas is here, therefore summer is just around the corner) – Thanks to myself, I not only found a red striped tankini, but I was also able to find two other pink sets, all these for less than 3 thousand pesos!

Hey, and I also got my iPod nano this month (thanks to my other sister, Miyan, for taking time and ordering it for me from US):

OH SHOOT!!! Now I want a triquetra RING! And so the search begins… ~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:~:
Thankful...

When Necessity Strikes

I don’t love to shop.

Unlike other girls, I am not obsessed with shoes, clothes, make up, nor any of those girly-girly stuff. I do have a lot of bags though (90% of which are gifts). I am too thrifty when it comes to those spending stuff. My money usually gets spent with travel. Hmm, let me correct myself, I am not thrifty but the better term would be I am a ”wise-spender.” :)

In fact, I only go to the mall when I have something to buy. For example, last year I wanted to buy a comb. I have something specific in mind, so after going through 4 different malls, I still haven’t bought anything! My sister took pity at me and gave me her comb instead. That’s what I still use until now. Hehehe. Well, that is just a comb… imagine me looking for a pair of shoes or pants (1.25 years and counting but still haven’t found any that would fit my requirements)!

Going home disappointed and empty handed from a mall is such a common feeling for me. Sob sob.

Now, I have come to a point when I needed to shop so badly. Not for the fun of shopping, but for mere necessity! I have no more office pants to wear, my blouses are now ill-fitting, my shoes are about to give up, I am going to the beach next week and my bathing suits are all bacon-y (if you know what I mean hahaha).

So when necessity strikes, in 3 hours, I was able to buy the following:

1 tankini set
1 office pants
3 office blouses
3 tank tops
2 tube tops
1 beach dress
Sunglasses
A lot of toiletries
Ipod super mini-speakers

The whole shopping mall was on sale, everything was discounted by at least 10%. It was a really weird feeling to shop in a very very very crowded mall and yet all the sales clerks that helped me out were so happily accommodating.

And soon the credit card billl shall arrive. Good luck to me! :P

RED!

It was love at first sight…

Doesn't it look ssooooo lovely???

Plus I get to help out with fighting AIDS:
“Choose the iPod nano (PRODUCT) RED Special Edition and Apple will give $10 of its purchase price to the Global Fund to fight AIDS in Africa.”
http://www.apple.com/ipodnano/red/

I don’t know what is it about red… but it makes me feel happy happy happeeeee!!!

In a matter of less than a day, I was able to sell my Ipod Video 30GB and order a limited edition Ipod Nano Red 8GB!

It’s supposed to arrive next week. I AM SOOOOO EXCITED… AND I JUST CAN’T HIDE IT.
