Today, while strolling the mall, we saw a free bone scanning booth (courtesy of this high-calcium milk of course) and since we (me and paolo) needed to kill some time while waiting for the scheduled pickup of the car we left in the carwash; we decided to go try it out.
Several minutes of waiting in line, it was my turn. My right foot was put into the scanning machine, then a liquid was sprayed onto my ankles; then a plastic bubble with liquid in it bloated from the machine until it was able to hold my foot real tight... then the scanning began...a few seconds after, the machine monitor reflected the results and a tiny paper (similar to a grocery receipt) came out of it.

I saw the machine operator's expression changed from a relaxed smile into a confused one, he then asked one of his peers to check the scanning machine's result.
They had a quick discussion and double checked with me:
"You are just 24 yrs old right?" I said yes.
"Is that foot fractured or have been fractured?" I said no.
"Hmmm... okay let's try the left foot, uhm, no, let's just try the same foot."
So I put my right foot onto the scanner again. And a few moments later, both of them had that same confused look.
"Same results."
They then asked me to go sit by the desk where the doctors give you a free consultation. Turns out, I had a 16% fracture risk rate. An osteoporosis case.
I just learned that salty food block the calcium absorption of your body (as you know, I love salty food especially chips!). Same with high-caffeine stuff like coffee and tea (as you know, I prefer drinking hot/cold tea over coffee, but the caffeine content is the same).
Therefore, he told me I need to have at least 1000Mg of Calcium intake every day, either through capsules or (of course) by drinking their product. Need to take leafy vegetables, have sunlight in the morning, weight lifting exercises, soya, and dairy products.
On a positive note, we can still develop bone mass until about our 30's. I still have time.
