Phase 2

This is a term my thesis mates and I formulated a few years back. It’s basically the time when you feel you are faced with oh-too-much tasks at your hand that you have no idea how, where, and what task you should do first.

It’s when you feel YOU ARE OFFICIALLY STRESSED OUT! At times like these…what do you do???

You perform PHASE 2.

Phase 2 is to stop with ALL the task you’re doing and basically start having a break by doing something else that required no pressure. It’s usually cleaning up all the mess in your room, eat your “happy food”, or just the mere feeling of staring at a nice view with an idle face. What’s important with doing Phase 2 is to have a schedule. Of course, Phase 2 is just a phase…just a break from all the stress, therefore, must not take too much of your time.

After performing Phase 2, you will have a clearer mind, your heart will now be beating the normal beats per minute, and your tasks will automatically fall in line… in order of priority, and you will have fresh new start.

That’s what I am doing now, Phase 2.
I have been doing OT work for the whole week, and tonight, Friday... end of week is the mother OT of all OT! Aside from the fact that I still have to work on weekend.

I AM OFFICIALLY WINDANG!
